We are in search of a dedicated leader with a strong background in warehouse operations to oversee one of our DashMart locations. DashMart is an innovative convenience and grocery service from DoorDash, dedicated to delivering essential household items, popular snacks, and light groceries directly to our customers' doorsteps on demand.

Role Responsibilities

As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for a distribution center ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 square feet, managing the local warehouse team while ensuring we uphold exceptional quality standards for our clientele.

  • Leadership: You will recruit, guide, mentor, and retain a high-performing team consisting of Shift Leads and Operations Associates. Your leadership will foster a strong, positive workplace culture, driving employee satisfaction and productivity. You will collaborate with your Shift Leads to effectively assign daily responsibilities and ensure optimal team performance.
  • Operational Ownership: You will oversee the daily functions of the DashMart warehouse, ensuring operations run efficiently, smoothly, and safely. This includes managing scheduling and labor budgets while meeting site-level performance metrics.
  • Customer Satisfaction: You will lead your team in delivering outstanding customer experiences with every order. Maintaining key quality metrics such as order accuracy and fulfillment speed will be a critical part of your role. You will work cross-functionally with central teams to equip your team with the necessary tools and resources.
  • Strategic Improvement: Utilizing data analytics, you will identify inefficiencies within warehouse operations and current processes. You will design and implement process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, quality metrics, and employee satisfaction.

  • You Are Flexible: Your schedule allows for the necessary support of your team and operations, including some late-night and weekend availability.
