Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, verify, and store incoming materials in the warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions.
  • Organize and manage warehouse layout to ensure optimal space utilization.
  • Pick and prepare materials for production orders according to specifications.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in annual physical inventory.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
  • Ensure all materials are properly labeled and stored in a clean, organized, and safe manner.
  • Assist in managing stock levels and reorder points to prevent shortages.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials to production.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management environment is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment (forklift certification is a plus).
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with inventory management systems.
