About the RoleIn this position, you will be responsible for managing a distribution center ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 square feet, leading the local warehouse team, and ensuring we uphold high standards for our clientele.
Your Responsibilities Include:- Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing team of Shift Leads and Operations Associates. You will cultivate a positive work environment and be accountable for achieving high employee satisfaction ratings. Collaborate with your Shift Leads to effectively distribute daily responsibilities and ensure optimal team performance.
- Operational Ownership: Oversee the daily functions of the warehouse, ensuring that all processes are executed smoothly, efficiently, and safely. You will manage scheduling and a labor budget while striving to meet site-level performance metrics.
- Customer Satisfaction: Guide your team in delivering exceptional service to our customers with every order. You will monitor key performance indicators such as order accuracy and fulfillment speed, working alongside central teams to equip your staff with the necessary tools and resources.
- Strategic Improvement: Analyze data to identify inefficiencies within warehouse operations. Develop and implement process enhancement projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, quality metrics, and employee engagement.
- You are an accomplished leader: You have experience managing teams of 10 or more employees.
- You take ownership: You are committed to supporting a continuous operation across various shifts and are eager to lead a rapidly growing business.

- You have relevant experience: You bring over three years of expertise in Operations, Warehouse Logistics, Retail Management, or a related field.
- You have team management experience: You have at least one year of experience leading a team.
- You possess educational qualifications: You hold a college degree or have equivalent professional experience.
- You are flexible: Your schedule allows for late-night and weekend availability to support your team and operations.
