**Clinical Transplant Coordinator Opportunity**

Swedish Health Services, a leading provider of healthcare services in the Puget Sound area, is seeking a skilled Clinical Transplant Coordinator to join our team.

The Clinical Transplant Coordinator plays a vital role in coordinating clinical aspects of organ transplantation. This includes evaluating potential recipients, conducting pre-transplant and post-transplant medical and surgical care, and acting as a liaison between referring physicians and dialysis centers.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing; or actively pursuing a BSN degree with completion within five years of hire
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • Experience with transplant database management or willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Nursing
  • Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator certification or willingness to pursue within two years of hire
  • 2+ years of experience in organ transplantation or critical care nursing

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $50.01-$79.16 per hour, plus additional compensation opportunities for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, and bonus incentives.
