">Job Description
">As a Clinical Transplant Coordinator RN, you will be responsible for coordinating the clinical aspects of organ transplantation, including the evaluation, work-up, and pre-transplant and/or post-transplant medical and surgical care of potential recipients. You will work closely with our transplant team to ensure seamless patient care and excellent outcomes.
">Required Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you must have:

- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing;">
- A current Washington Registered Nurse License;">
- Experience with or willingness to master the use of the transplant database.">
Preferred Qualifications
">While not required, having a Master's Degree in Nursing, Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator certification, and 2 years of experience in organ transplantation or critical care nursing would be advantageous.
