About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Swedish First Hill. The ideal candidate will have experience in organ transplantation or critical care nursing, with a strong focus on patient care and collaboration.
  • This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $73,459 - $114,121 per year, based on location and experience.

Responsibilities

  1. Clinical Transplant Coordinator is responsible for coordinating pre-transplant and post-transplant medical and surgical care of potential recipients.
  2. The coordinator will be actively involved in the development of the program and act as a liaison to referring physicians and dialysis centers.
  3. This individual will have responsibility for educational administrative and technical tasks related to clinical transplantation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing. Applicants without a BSN degree must actively pursue and attain a BSN within five years of hire.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • Experience with or willingness to master the use of the transplant database.
