Job Summary

FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operations: Assist with the coordination of office operations, including managing supplies, maintaining records, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Technology: Maintain and update our office technology, including software and hardware, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with our staff to achieve our business objectives, providing support and guidance as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Language: Bilingual skills in Spanish a plus.
