- Grant Proposal Development: Write, review, and submit grant proposals to secure funding for the Office's programs and services.
- Grant Management: Manage and report on the progress of funded projects, ensuring compliance with grant requirements and regulations.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Office's staff, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with representatives from private industry, non-profit organizations, and governmental agencies to ensure effective collaboration and support for the Office's programs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in public or business administration, accounting, finance, industrial or labor relations, economics, political science, social or behavioral sciences, human services, or closely related field.
- Experience: Two years of experience in job training or development and analysis, personnel counseling or placement, public or business administration, economics, labor relations, or human services, with a focus on grant research, project management, grant writing, and/or grant management.
- Skills: Strong analytical and administrative skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and grant management software.
