We are currently seeking a highly skilled and organized Legal Generalist to join our client's team on a full-time, on-site basis at their Jersey City location.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional support to clients and advisors by handling requests for documents and other administrative tasks.
  • Assist with estate administration and planning matters, including the preparation of various forms, such as insurance and retirement documents, deeds, and other legal documents.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date document and file systems.
  • Prepare and assemble complex client planning and other packages, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Support estate/fiduciary litigation projects, utilizing traditional litigation skills and expertise.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a law firm or similar environment.
  • Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Superior organization, writing, time management, proofreading, and computer skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
