Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to enhance our Off-the-Road (OTR) market share by focusing on sales and basic technical support for mining accounts in a designated geographic area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase OTR product sales and market share in assigned regions.
  • Provide technical support to customers, including product recommendations and troubleshooting.
  • Work with major end-user accounts and OTR distributors to identify growth opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • Collaborate with North America regional business units to sell OTR products at a profit and increase return on investment (ROI).
  • Monitor and audit job site consignments to ensure optimal product performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 5 years of experience in the mining industry, with a focus on large OTR tires.
  • Experience with product service and warranties.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to travel extensively.
