HR Data Administrator

This position is responsible for providing Level II support and HR transaction maintenance for the Workday HCM system across all thyssenkrupp companies in the US and Canada.
The successful candidate will provide cross-functional support to HR Business Partners, Benefits, Finance, and Information Technology in projects related to HR/Payroll process improvement, compliance, and audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Provide coordination and support for assigned HR programs and initiatives.
- Evaluate programs for conformance to the overall goals and objectives of the organization and compliance with internal controls.
- Manage and monitor Workday business processes, resolve issues related to workflow, and support release testing for both functionality and end-user roll-out.
- Lead in training new Data Administrators as well as assist in onboarding new recruiters to demonstrate the proper utilization of the system.
- Review, update, and create new process documentation for HR Operations and communicate within the team.
- Strong attention to detail, process orientation, and quality of work.
- Ability to manage data for complex organizations with variances in pay rules, state requirements, and union rules.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced HR Operations environment.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
