Position Overview:
The Room Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring that our guest accommodations are kept immaculate and inviting. This position requires a commitment to providing courteous and efficient service, enhancing the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest rooms in accordance with established standards.
  • Prepare for cleaning by gathering necessary supplies and ensuring the housekeeping cart is fully stocked.
  • Dispose of all waste and soiled linens from guest rooms and common areas.
  • Ensure that hallways, public spaces, and storage areas are kept tidy and vacuumed.
  • Restock cleaning supplies and equipment for upcoming shifts.
  • Report any missing items or maintenance issues to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Handle lost and found items following company procedures.
  • Strive to exceed guest expectations and contribute to their satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in hospitality or a related field is advantageous.
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally, and 20 pounds frequently.
  • Capability to remain on your feet for the duration of the shift.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on friendly and service-oriented interactions.
