Job Summary:
The Housekeeping Rooms Inspector is a critical role within the Omni Hotels & Resorts team, responsible for ensuring that guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of guestrooms and public areas to ensure compliance with Omni's 4-star/4-diamond standards.
- Assign special projects to Guest Room Attendants as directed by the Director of Housekeeping.
- Report any needed repairs or discrepancies in guest rooms to the maintenance team.
- Ensure that Guest Room Attendants have access to necessary supplies and linens.
- Assist with cleaning guest rooms as needed and process AM and PM room status reports.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for hotel guests and associates.
Requirements:
- Ability to maintain 4-diamond level cleanliness standards.
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and push or pull a minimum of 75 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills, including radio and phone communication.
