Care New England is in search of dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNP), Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (PNP), or Family Nurse Practitioners (FNP) to enhance our exceptional team within a cutting-edge, 80-bed private room NICU. We offer a balanced work/life environment alongside a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.

Position Highlights

  • Work alongside a skilled team of neonatologists, nurse practitioners, and neonatal-perinatal fellows delivering comprehensive care to newborns.
  • Manage and treat infants facing challenges such as prematurity, respiratory issues, and congenital anomalies, performing essential procedures including intubation, blood sampling, line placements, lumbar punctures, and resuscitation.
  • Engage with a diverse patient demographic while collaborating with a full spectrum of pediatric specialists.
  • Flexible scheduling with three to four weekday shifts weekly, including rotational night, weekend, and holiday on-call duties (full-time).
  • Average patient load of 8-12 per day.
  • Deliver exceptional clinical care in our state-of-the-art NICU, recognized for providing Level IV care.
