Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team as a Part Time Field Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for acquiring new Starry subscribers and driving our success in multi-family residential properties, communities, and condos by going door-to-door. You will be a positive and solution-oriented advocate for our brand, educating potential customers about the features and benefits of Starry Internet.
Key Responsibilities- Advocate and educate potential customers about the features and benefits of Starry Internet
- Meet and exceed sales goals by identifying potential sales, product, technical, or customer care issues and addressing them with your local teams
- Identify, source, and attend potential subscriber acquisition opportunities to achieve your personal goals
- Sell with relevancy and charm, focusing on building relationships with customers and providing excellent customer service
- Experience in sales, preferably in a field or direct sales environment
- Positive, upbeat personality with no fear of talking to strangers
- Self-motivated, initiative-driven, and problem-solving mentality
- Ability to help guide consumer decision-making processes, close sales, and help prospects choose Starry over other internet provider alternatives
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20.00, with opportunities for commission. We also provide ongoing personal coaching and mentoring to help you succeed in your role.
