Job SummaryWe are seeking a Part-Time Field Sales/Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for acquiring new Starry subscribers and driving our success in multi-family residential properties, communities, and condos by going door-to-door.
Key Responsibilities- Advocate and educate potential customers about the features and benefits of Starry Internet.
- Meet and exceed sales goals by identifying potential sales, product, technical, or customer care issues and addressing them with your local teams.
- Identify, source, and attend potential subscriber acquisition opportunities to achieve your personal goals.
- Sell with relevancy and charm, focusing on providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with potential customers.
- Experience in sales, preferably in field or direct sales.
- Positive, upbeat personality with no fear of talking to strangers.
- Self-motivated, initiative-driven, and problem-solving mentality.
- Ability to help guide consumer decision-making processes, close sales, and help prospects choose Starry over other internet provider alternatives.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekdays and weekends.
- This position requires driving a personal vehicle on behalf of Starry, so you'll need a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
- Competitive hourly pay rate of $20.00 with opportunities for commission.
