About the Role

At BLR | HCI | CCMI, we're passionate about creating innovative solutions that drive business success. As a Software Engineer, you'll play a critical role in developing, implementing, and supporting our enterprise-level web applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable and high-performance web-based solutions using PHP (Laravel) and React/NextJS.
  • Collaborate with project managers to identify future needs, develop strategies, and implement features for releases.
  • Provide technical expertise to identify, evaluate, and develop effective procedures and systems requirements that align with business needs.
  • Work independently on high-complexity designs and programs, and contribute to the development of user interface components, object-oriented coding, unit and integration testing, and troubleshooting software problems.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with a combination of the following technologies: PHP/Laravel, React/NextJS, common software design patterns, MySQL, Restful APIs, GIT, and AWS.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of web technologies and ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts both verbally and in written documents.
