Job Overview

Club Pilates is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join their dynamic Studio Team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the full sales process from lead generation to closing the sale, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the General Manager, driving revenue growth and contributing to the studio's success.
  • Conduct studio tours with prospects to facilitate sales, showcasing the benefits and value proposition of Club Pilates.
  • Promote studio products, programs, and pricing to potential clients, highlighting the unique features and advantages of our services.
  • Participate in community events to promote the studio, building relationships with local businesses and organizations.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding sales, communication, and customer service skills, with a proven track record of success in a sales environment.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Proficiency in using the Club Ready software system, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills, able to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, with occasional bending, lifting, and driving required.
  • Must be able to climb stairs and occasionally lift weight, with specific vision abilities required for the job.
