Job Summary

The Sr. Technical Manager, Thermal Strategic Accounts is responsible for maintaining thermal technical support on customer projects/schedules, identifying and managing risks, scope of work and budget. This role ensures that operational teams and contractors have a clear understanding of client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manages a select list of GSA customer accounts to achieve both long and short-term operational and customer objectives for their data center Thermal requirements.
  • Supports account plans to achieve customer objectives and provides regular updates with assigned customers on Vertiv's Thermal solutions.
  • Assists in resolving any field application issues and provides technical support for First of Kind Solutions.
  • Reviews project documentation for consistency, accuracy, completeness, and technical compliance within the account/contract requirements.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in data center infrastructure design.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of Thermal solutions and how they are applied in a data center environment.
  • Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
