Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and support team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer engagement and managing customer initiatives. This role demands exceptional project management skills, effective communication, and a proactive customer service approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Conduct weekly meetings to schedule and update projects, track customer interactions, and manage initiatives to successful completion.
  • Customer Support: Offer ongoing support to customers and prospects, addressing their needs and resolving routine issues related to repairs, freight, and shipments.
  • Onsite Engagement: Facilitate and attend onsite meetings to address customer concerns, monitor progress, and provide support for project-related issues.
  • Process Communication: Monitor internal processes and communicate effectively with customers to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Interface with territory representatives, partners, and vendors to coordinate efforts on customer-related projects, including deal registrations and updates.
  • Customer Relations: Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular meetings, both onsite and remotely, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  • Prospecting and Outreach: Engage with new districts to assess their needs and establish ongoing meetings and relationships.
  • Event Management: Organize and facilitate customer events within your territory to enhance engagement and foster relationships.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively in person and remotely.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in handling customer issues, including problem resolution and de-escalation.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage your own schedule effectively.
