Job Summary

Abbott is a global healthcare leader seeking a skilled Strategic Pricing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial analytics team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability through data-driven insights and strategic pricing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement account/customer segmentation analytics to inform pricing and contracting strategies
  • Collaborate with sales teams and business partners to identify key customer targets and develop tailored pricing and contracting solutions
  • Analyze existing contracting and rebate strategies to optimize pricing models and improve profitability
  • Lead price tests to adjust and optimize local portfolio and life cycle pricing strategies
  • Collect and analyze data to understand market trends, sales trends, customer behavior, and other relevant metrics to identify opportunities for growth and create impactful strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Contracting, Math, or other quantitative discipline
  • Minimum 6-8 years of business experience, with 3+ years in pricing or finance
  • Proven ability to translate large amounts of data into actionable insights and coherent strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with multiple business partners
