Job Summary

As an Account Executive Lead - Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist at Alliant Insurance Services, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and developing new business opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of the insurance industry and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage client relationships to maintain high account retention rates
* Develop new business opportunities through direct selling and cold calling
* Evaluate client coverage portfolios to identify cross-selling opportunities
* Service accounts and provide claims assistance as needed
* Analyze exposure bases to identify program deficiencies and develop marketing strategies

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Ten or more years of related work experience
* Valid insurance license
* Continuing Education requirements for license renewal

Skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Good problem-solving and time management skills
* Ability to work within a team and foster teamwork
* Good planning, organizational, and prioritization skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
