Key Responsibilities- Guest Check-in and Check-out: Ensure every guest is greeted and welcomed on arrival, register and book guests, and verify reservation, address, email address, and credit information.
- Kiosk Operations: Proficiently operate kiosks to assist guests when necessary.
- Guest Transactions: Answer all inbound calls in a professional manner, have an intimate knowledge of the hotel facilities and the local area, accept payment for guests' accounts at the time of registration and at checkout, and maintain a house bank and make a deposit and accurate report of receipts daily.
- Retail Transactions: Process all retail transactions for guests, restock and assure overall cleanliness of retail areas, and issue luggage claims and check guest luggage when requested.
- Hotel Maintenance: Take pride in the overall look and feel of the hotel, ensuring cleanliness and conditions are at their peak at all times.
- Guest Complaints: Respectfully listen and respond to guest complaints in an efficient and professional manner.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a public contact position.
- Customer Service: Customer service experience in the hospitality industry is strongly preferred.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge and some knowledge in word, excel, outlook, and internet.
- Driver's License: As applicable, must possess a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle with insurance, and a safe DMV driving record.
