Key Responsibilities:


As a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager, you will:

  • Generate and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial loans while fostering strong, low-risk client relationships.
  • Act as the primary account and relationship manager for both new and existing clients.
  • Identify, develop, and follow up on new client opportunities.
  • Engage with current clients to assess portfolios and provide recommendations as necessary.
  • Oversee sales, credit analysis, and appropriate loan structuring while ensuring quality customer service.
  • Monitor credit performance and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-sell additional banking products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:


The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor’s degree along with 8+ years of experience in commercial lending, credit, underwriting, or related fields.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial loans, credit analysis, and lending processes.
  • Proven ability to expand commercial loans and client relationships while effectively cross-selling banking products.
  • Strong sales capabilities and experience in client interviewing.
  • Skills in structuring loans and monitoring credit performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with various software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
