Overview:
The Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our members, providing them with expert advice and guidance on our financial products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client service to our members, serving as a trusted advisor and identifying their needs to develop and deliver tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute annual sales strategies and quarterly account plans to drive business growth and member engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to build and deliver solutions that meet the complex financial needs of our members.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and guidance to our members.
- Participate in ongoing education and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, or Accounting, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum five years of broad-based financial experience in marketing complex financial products, financial management, or treasury management.
- Thorough understanding of mortgage securities, mortgage finance, and financial products such as interest rate swaps, caps, floors, commercial paper, financial futures, financial options, repurchase agreements, bonds, discount notes, and federal funds.
- Excellent financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and recommend solutions that enhance the financial health and well-being of our members and the community they serve.
What We Offer:
The Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco offers a competitive salary range of $220K - $240K, as well as annual incentive award opportunities, retirement benefits, and other health and welfare benefits.
