Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver exceptional sales and service to customers while showcasing knowledge and enthusiasm for TTI products.

· Support and execute strategic brand marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.

· Maintain regular communication with store personnel and management to build strong relationships.

· Analyze weekly sales and monthly performance to identify new opportunities and assess competitive landscape.

· Engage in the Leadership Development Training Program and apply learned skills to achieve results.

· Conduct in-store product training sessions and demonstrations to educate store staff and customers.

· Communicate professionally with peers, customers, and management.

· Organize and execute demo events, store visits, trade shows, and other promotional activities.

· Develop a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace, including users, applications, products, competition, and distribution channels, to effectively analyze market potential.

· Ensure proper merchandising and product presentation to maintain store aesthetics.

· Engage directly with customers in a retail setting.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in retail sales, field sales, or customer service is required.

· Must be at least 21 years of age.

· Valid United States driver's license with a minimum of one year of driving experience is necessary.

· Willingness to relocate for future advancement opportunities may be required.

· Availability to work evenings and weekends.

· Capability to work full-time in a retail environment.

· Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.

· Ability to lift and transport heavy tools (up to 50 lbs.) and seek assistance when necessary. Must be able to reach and lift overhead and ascend/descend ladders as needed. Proficiency in using hands for maneuvering small objects, assembling tools, and constructing displays is essential.

· Proficiency in MS Office applications is required.

· Self-motivated team player with strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
