Key Responsibilities:

· Deliver exceptional sales and service to customers while showcasing knowledge and enthusiasm for TTI products.

· Assist in executing strategic corporate brand marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.

· Maintain consistent communication with store associates and management to build strong relationships.

· Analyze weekly sales and monthly results to identify new opportunities and assess competitive landscape.

· Engage in the Leadership Development Training Program and apply learned skills to achieve results.

· Conduct in-store product training sessions and demonstrations to educate store associates, management, and customers.

· Communicate professionally with peers, customers, and management.

· Organize and execute demo events, store visits, trade shows, and other promotional activities.

· Develop a solid understanding of the marketplace (users, applications, products, competition, and channels) to effectively evaluate market potential and relay competitor insights.

· Ensure store and product presentation meets aesthetic standards through proper merchandising and positioning.

· Engage directly with customers in the retail environment.

Note: Responsibilities are not limited to the above. Additional tasks may be assigned as deemed necessary by management. All employees are expected to contribute to the company's goals of continuous improvement in knowledge, skills, processes, and quality.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail sales, field sales, or customer service is required.

· Must be at least 21 years of age.

· Valid United States driver's license with a minimum of one year of driving experience is required.

· Willingness to relocate for future promotional opportunities may be necessary.

· Availability to work evenings and weekends.

· Ability to work full-time in a retail environment.

· Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.

· Capable of lifting and transporting heavy tools (up to 50 lbs.) and seeking assistance as needed. Ability to reach and/or lift overhead, as well as ascend/descend ladders to move products. Proficient in using hands to manipulate small objects, assemble tools, and create displays.

· Proficiency in MS Office is required.

· Self-motivated team player with strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
