Role Summary:

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in the development, management, and implementation of marketing strategies for Sally's Apizza. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of marketing, including digital outreach, promotional materials, and localized marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Development: Assist in strategizing, executing, and refining marketing initiatives across multiple platforms, including social media, email, and paid promotions.
  • Social Media Engagement: Contribute to Sally's digital presence by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and interacting with the audience to enhance customer relations.
Content Development:
  • Work alongside the creative team to generate captivating content for diverse channels such as blogs, newsletters, and social media.
  • Participate in on-site content generation, including marketing events and photo sessions.
  • Produce digital marketing assets, including recruitment videos, promotional content, and photography to elevate brand visibility and drive sales.
Market Analysis:
  • Collaborate with Operations to conduct research on customer preferences, buying patterns, and market trends.
Performance Analysis:
  • Track and evaluate the success of marketing campaigns, offering insights and suggestions for enhancements.
Event Management:
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating events, webinars, and trade shows, ensuring all marketing materials and logistics are effectively managed.
Collaboration with Operations:
  • Engage with cross-functional teams, including Operations and product development, to maintain consistency in messaging.
  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure marketing materials are adequately stocked and maintained.
  • Prepare and procure in-store signage and printed materials using established templates.
Essential Competencies:
  • Attention to Detail: Embrace and embody the culture of Sally's Apizza, ensuring meticulousness in all tasks.
  • Functional Knowledge: Acquire and apply expertise in videography, photography, content creation, graphic design, and social media.

Job Requirements:
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and various social media platforms.
