Position Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, is responsible for various sales and marketing functions. This role requires exceptional communication abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring accurate dissemination of essential information both internally across departments and externally to clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on support during events, including unit setup and program execution.
  • Manage databases effectively.
  • Coordinate content necessary for marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee field marketing requests and activities.
  • Adhere to established budgets and guidelines.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals.
  • Foster and maintain strong working relationships with field managers.
  • Collaborate with vendors and agencies.
  • Compile marketing reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in marketing.
  • Interest or background in hospitality or food services.

  • Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and potential travel as required.
