Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in call center management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
