Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year

Nursing Director Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nursing Director to lead our nursing team at Austin Retirement and Nursing Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch nursing care to our residents, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and managing daily nursing activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a dedicated team of CNAs and Medication Aides.
  • Provide holistic nursing care to our residents, including wound care and medication management.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Manage daily nursing activities, from admissions to end-of-life care.
  • Be the go-to person for all things nursing, including policy implementation and staff development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current, unrestricted RN license in Texas.
  • CPR certification and a passion for long-term care.
  • At least 3 years of experience in nursing leadership, preferably in a long-term care setting.
