English and Spanish Call Center Agent

The customer service representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers in our CRM system. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a call center or similar high-volume environment and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
