About the Role

Rocket Travel, Inc. is the strategic partnerships arm of a leading travel technology company. Our team partners with global brands to create innovative travel experiences that drive value, maximize rewards, and build customer loyalty for our partners.

We are seeking a Senior Partnership Manager to lead our partnerships in the Americas region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing partnerships through careful management, goal setting, data analysis, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow our largest partnerships in the Americas region.
  • Establish goals and objectives for partners and influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve them.
  • Prepare and present partner materials, including account reviews and new product collateral.
  • Manage the partner marketing calendar and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners to resolve issues and provide support.
  • Conduct competitive landscape analysis to ensure our products remain best-in-class.
  • Support finance with billing reconciliation and make recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing and product efforts.
  • Participate in A/B testing to drive conversion and repeat behavior.
About You
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • You have 7+ years of experience in partnership marketing and business development.
  • You are entrepreneurial and able to work independently.
  • You have excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • You are able to summarize complex concepts and craft win-win strategies with partners.
  • You have a customer-centric approach and prioritize solving pain points.
  • You are open to feedback and have a growth mindset.
  • You are able to balance exploration and execution to drive innovation.
