Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development and Sales Director to join our winning team. This position will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and fostering client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Business Development and Sales functions in North America and Europe
- Manage the daily coordination and reporting of BD and Sales process
- Guide and mentor BD and Sales team members to meet targets and cope with challenges
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence and achieve sales goals
- Drive key BD & Sales deals, from lead generations to driving deals to successfully bring in new business
- Navigate the industry to identify and capture business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships, while growing key accounts
- Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and strategies
- Fully remote, based in North America and flexible with work arrangements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development & Sales
- Proven track record in closing important deals
- In-depth business knowledge and experience with DeFi, blockchain and crypto areas
- Excellent planning and presentation skills, ability to simplify technical data into crystal clear ideas
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Creative and entrepreneurial person with excellent teamwork skills and startup attitude
