Lead Advisor for Systems Integration

Key Responsibilities

Assisting in a facility relocation initiative by delivering project management support throughout the entire project duration. Acting as the client's advocate with expertise in facility design and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) evaluations. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and monitoring the project timeline, overseeing budget and schedule, and identifying potential project risks.
  • Assessing and revising the project strategy as necessary.
  • Facilitating coordination of requirements among various tasks and stakeholders.
  • Engaging with clients to comprehend their requirements and offer appropriate assistance.
  • Overseeing financial aspects and minimizing project risks.
  • Establishing consistent communication with clients to provide updates on project progress.
  • Supporting the creation of facility drawings to align with client specifications.
Required Qualifications

A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management. Essential skills include:
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in managing facility projects.
  • Capability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in client-facing roles.
  • Background in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • PMP Certification or substantial project management experience.
  • Familiarity with facility relocations and MEP evaluations.
  • Ability to develop policies and procedures for facility transitions.

Salary Range

$146,000 - $234,000. This range reflects the typical salary for this role based on experience and other relevant factors.
