Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a recognized authority within the organization, responsible for designing, researching, and developing highly sophisticated applications that may lead to new product or business opportunities.
  • Lead initiatives to secure new business through technical presentations and capability demonstrations.
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with relevant years of experience, or a Master's degree with fewer years of experience.
  • Translate customer contractual needs and technical, schedule, and cost constraints into comprehensive solutions for system integration, testing, evaluation, and operational transition.
  • Plan and organize the workforce, timelines, and resources necessary for system integration, testing, evaluation, and transition.
  • Establish standards, practices, and procedures for system integration, testing, evaluation, and transition, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Assess enterprise capabilities, architectures, system design concepts, requirements, risks, and opportunities, and analyze processes for integration, testing, evaluation, and transition impacts.
  • Design, develop, and implement testing and evaluation strategies, plans, and methodologies to ensure system reliability in accordance with specifications and defined enterprise capabilities.
  • Review and derive requirements for testability.
  • Ensure compliance of systems and enterprise capabilities with established requirements and standards through formal verification methods.
  • Generate system requirements and verification approaches, along with customer acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in reviews of systems and components under development to ensure traceability of requirements compliance through verification and validation.
  • Develop and oversee the preparation and execution of comprehensive test and evaluation plans, procedures, and schedules that validate enterprise capabilities, system requirements, performance, and operability.
  • Coordinate system integration, testing, evaluation, and transition activities with other departments.
  • Conduct readiness assessments for system integration, testing, evaluation, and transition activities.
  • Compile data and identify necessary changes in testing configurations, procedures, processes, or new testing requirements.
  • Implement testing processes and ensure adherence to these processes across all test activities.
  • Produce reports for each testing activity and monitor test metrics.
  • Conduct analyses and evaluations of systems under test, assessing performance against evaluation criteria and technical performance measures.
  • Analyze test results and prepare detailed system evaluation reports and risk assessments.
  • Evaluate discrepancy reports and perform integration regression testing to verify and validate fixes affecting systems and enterprise capabilities.
  • Provide direct support to customers for system integration, testing, evaluation, and transition activities.
  • Monitor for continuous process improvement and lessons learned, reporting findings to management periodically.
  • The specific role of the Lead Integration Architect is to establish integration testing processes and methodologies, collaborating across all contracted efforts to identify integration risks, whether technical, schedule, or performance-based.
  • The Lead Integration Architect will spearhead the verification and validation efforts with Development, Operations & Maintenance, and Systems Engineering Technical Assistance staff to ensure effective integration testing.
  • This role includes analyzing results from integration testing conducted by Program Support Integrators and making recommendations based on those results.
  • The Lead Integration Architect will work with a diverse group of individuals, including Program Managers, multiple contractors, and capability/mission leads.

Qualifications
  • Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
  • Demonstrated experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, with a commitment to assisting and supporting teams with evolving requirements and objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in organizing, planning, communicating, and executing project management tasks.
  • Ability to analyze and prioritize tasks, solve problems, manage multiple concurrent tasks, and efficiently handle a high volume of communications.
  • Proficiency in online tracking tools.
  • Proven ability to work independently while effectively coordinating and collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with personnel at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated good judgment, initiative, and critical thinking skills to take action and execute missions by leveraging networks and drawing on diverse areas of expertise.
  • Ability to support multiple programs and projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience in technical project management and leading the implementation of new technologies into enterprise systems.
  • Extensive experience in preparing briefings and documentation for audiences at all levels.
  • Ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and follow-through.
  • Expert-level skills with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Required 16 years of experience in technical and programmatic integration or a related field.
  • BS degree with 12-15 years of experience, MS degree with 10-13 years, or PhD with 8-10 years.
