Position OverviewAs a Branch Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing branch personnel. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the operations of the satellite branch office to enhance market share, service quality, and profitability.
- Training and mentoring Loan Officers, facilitating sales meetings, and assisting with branch openings.
- Establishing effective communication with lenders, escrow coordinators, design centers, and sales agents.
- Engaging with potential borrowers through daily leads, aiming to secure loan applications.
- Conducting initial mortgage application interviews and following up on incomplete applications.
- Traveling to various communities to meet with borrowers and assist them in the loan application process.
In this role, you will:
- Lock loans with borrowers in accordance with established pricing and rate lock policies.
- Compile necessary data for loan applications and maintain accurate reports on loan status and projected closings.
- Conduct weekly meetings with processing teams to ensure open communication and efficient operations.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of three years of experience in mortgage lending, including originating, processing, closing, and underwriting various loan types.
- At least one year of supervisory or management experience.
- The ability to maintain a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends.
