Job Title: Operations Manager

Clean Team, Inc. is seeking an experienced and professional Operations Manager to oversee designated areas of responsibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-level management and be able to prioritize responsibilities for Area Supervisors, Site Supervisors, Floaters, and Cleaners.

  • Oversee designated areas of responsibility, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Prioritize responsibilities for Area Supervisors, Site Supervisors, Floaters, and Cleaners, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Review and control labor hours of employees in your designated area, ensuring that they align with budgeted hours and do not exceed the labor budget for each facility managed.
  • Attend, coordinate, and lead afternoon Manager's Meetings (Monday-Friday), ensuring that all employees are aware of their responsibilities and tasks.
  • Review submitted Building Inspections Forms from previous nights, discussing and designating corrective actions and delegating responsibilities on reported issues.
  • Inspect Level Board Locations, confirming that all problems reported were addressed and corrective measures are in place.
  • Re-visit past Level Board Locations (reoccurring problem accounts), confirming that all problems reported were addressed and corrective measures are in place.
  • Complete 1-2 building inspections per night and submit forms to the Director of Operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Submit inventory supplies and schedule delivery or delegate responsibilities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Assist with all new hire paperwork and ensure it is completed and submitted to H.R.
  • Assist in training new-hire employees in your designated area, ensuring that they are aware of their responsibilities and tasks.
  • Train, re-train, and cross-train area managers, supervisors, and cleaners, ensuring that all employees are aware of their responsibilities and tasks.
  • Report any deficiencies and problems to the Director of Operations if the corrective actions have not taken place or have not been completed.
  • Receive calls from Area Managers and Area Supervisors at the end of their shift, reviewing checklist and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Complete all termination paperwork and submit to Human Resources.
  • Email nightly reports to the Director of Operations, President, Senior Sales Executive, and Business Development Manager.
  • Email all employee time discrepancies and employee actions to Human Resources.
  • May be responsible to carry out other reasonable duties within the overall function of the job.

  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with employees and management.
