Join Our Team as a Quality Assurance Inspector
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Inspector who will be instrumental in conducting thorough inspections and supporting the development and execution of product and process audits throughout all stages of electronic device production. This includes, but is not limited to, Final Assembly, Sub Assembly, In-process, Component, Fabrication, and Receiving inspections.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by actively engaging in continuous improvement initiatives and utilizing metrics to establish standards for productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain compliance with all established standards and guidelines.
- Conduct First Article and Final Inspections on a diverse range of products, from purchased components to finished goods.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using Johnson Gauge tools, perform tool setups, and provide training to junior Quality Inspectors.
Compensation: $25-29 per hour
Work Schedule: 6 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday - Thursday) and 6 AM - 2:30 PM every other Friday

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Quality Inspector in the aerospace sector.
- Certification in Flight Safety.
- Proficient in the Essential Functions of a Quality Inspector.
- Skilled in the use of Johnson Gauge tools.
- Able to perform First Article Inspections, Final Inspections, and tool setups.
Work Environment:
This position is within an Aerospace manufacturing setting. Employees may experience exposure to vibrations and potential electric shock risks. The noise level in the work environment is typically very high.
