CornerStone Staffing is in search of 2 committed and meticulous Warehouse Parts Coordinators to enhance our operations.

Work Environment:

  • Physical tasks including bending, stooping, and lifting
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required

Role Overview:

The Warehouse Parts Coordinator will be essential in overseeing parts inventory, ensuring prompt dispatch and precise tracking of components, while supporting the service department's functions. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, effective communication, and a solid grasp of automotive components and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Oversight: Maintain accurate records of parts and supplies, including receiving, storing, and issuing items as required.
  • Order Fulfillment: Process requests for parts from technicians and external clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Vendor Liaison: Collaborate with suppliers to procure new parts, monitor shipments, and address any issues regarding availability or quality.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed logs of parts transactions, inventory levels, and discrepancies. Regularly update inventory management systems.
  • Customer Support: Deliver outstanding service to both internal and external clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Parts Distribution: Coordinate the delivery of parts to technicians in the service department, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.
  • Returns Processing: Manage the return and exchange of defective or incorrect parts, working with vendors and technicians as needed.

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years in parts coordination, inventory management, or a related area, ideally within the automotive sector.
  • Strong understanding of automotive parts, systems, and tools.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
