ROLE SUMMARY:

The Porter/Groundskeeper plays a crucial role in upholding the property's aesthetic and assisting the management team with various property-related tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures during operations.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Regularly inspect and replace outdoor lighting fixtures.
  • Maintain a litter-free and well-kept environment.
  • Execute various tasks related to property maintenance.
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
  • Completion of all necessary training programs.
GENERAL DUTIES:
  • Regularly patrol the property to collect debris.
  • Ensure cleanliness in assigned areas.
  • Perform a variety of maintenance tasks as required.
  • Assist with preparation for new residents.
  • Communicate effectively with residents.
  • Follow established safety protocols.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Applicants must fulfill all physical demands and follow instructions accurately.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Full-time: 40 hours per week; Part-time: Up to 25 hours per week, with flexible hours available.
