Position Summary

The Parts Specialist will play a crucial role in assisting management by coordinating with various departments to ensure the smooth operation of the service department and daily administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

  • Support service center operations by analyzing business records to identify improvement opportunities and cost-saving measures.
  • Oversee inventory levels and manage supply purchases.
  • Create and update training materials related to warranties, parts, labor, and standard departmental practices.
  • Manage warranty repairs for customer vehicles.
  • Track and monitor PMR inventory for wheels and tires.
  • Collaborate with vendors and recon managers.
  • Conduct weekly audits of technicians.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive dealership parts.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts, systems, and tools.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at an intermediate or advanced level.
