Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume recruitment efforts.
  • Coordinate with staffing agencies to fulfill hiring needs.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs.
  • Oversee the human resources recruiting and staffing functions.
  • Source candidates through various methods to maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and conducting phone interviews.
  • Enhance candidate experience by creating and managing job postings and descriptions.
  • Facilitate the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating terms of employment.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
  • Oversee the interview, selection, and closing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with employees and management to communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain human resource information system records and generate reports as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • High School diploma or advanced degree in human resources, administration, business administration, or related fields.
  • Human Resources Certification is a plus.
  • Over 3 years of experience in human resources within manufacturing settings.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, preferably ADP Workforce Now.
  • At least two years of experience in corporate recruiting.
  • Willingness to enhance knowledge of interview techniques and candidate screening methods.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Adept at utilizing a variety of sourcing channels.
  • Ability to work independently and resolve issues effectively.
