We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodial Services Worker to join our team at SBM Management Services. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.
Responsibilities- Floor Care: Vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting, and other floor maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Surface Care: Dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, and cleaning blinds and draperies to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
- Waste Removal: Emptying trash and recycle bins, transporting trash and waste to proper disposal areas, and maintaining a clean and organized waste management system.
- Light Maintenance: Replacing light bulbs, restocking supply cabinets and rooms, and performing other light maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
- Custodial Experience: While prior experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Passing a Drug Test: A background check and passing a drug test will be required for this position.
- Shift and Compensation: This is a part-time position working Monday through Thursday from 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM, with a competitive hourly rate of $16.00.
