Position: Quality Specialist

Department: Quality Assurance

Location: Wilmer, TX

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee quality management and inspection activities within the production facility.
  • Conduct inspections throughout the production process, including materials, outsourced products, and directly procured items.
  • Enhance and maintain the quality management system, quality inspection protocols, control plans, operational instructions, and FMEA updates.
  • Monitor and address production quality discrepancies, ensuring the effective execution of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Develop quality standards for new products and promote their implementation.
  • Evaluate customer feedback and complaints regarding product quality, recommend corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Participation in training programs in Southeast Asia and China may be necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience.
  • Associate or Technical degree.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at various organizational levels.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Adept at multitasking, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines efficiently.
