**About the Role**

Z1 Media is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ad Sales Manager to join our team. As an Ad Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, developing relevant business plans, and driving revenue.

The selected person will be delivering their assigned revenue quota through selling advertising solutions across our network.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prospecting and closing business with a targeted list of agency and advertiser accounts
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure a united vision when corresponding with clients
  • Working closely with internal teams such as Account Management, Sales Planning, and Publishing to ensure client campaign expectations are clear, on time, and in budget
  • Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction to generate renewals and increase incremental revenue at all times
  • Reach and exceed company and personal sales goals
  • Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date account and opportunity plans
  • Maintain an accurate forecast and healthy pipeline of opportunities
  • Achieve all KPIs for allocated sales patch

**Requirements:**

  • 4-8 years of digital ad sales experience is required, ideally within video
  • Previous technology platform experience is a huge plus
  • Deep relationships with VP level and above contacts at top-tier agencies and advertisers
  • Understanding of the digital video marketplace
  • Desire to work in a changing, fast-paced start-up environment
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Driven, passionate, and an ultimate team player
