About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at MiQ Digital. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Results: Meet and exceed fiscal and strategic objectives, driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with marketing agencies and brands, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Manage Sales Forecasting: Maintain and manage sales forecasting tools and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely data.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with local Trading and Account management teams to deliver on client objectives, organizing stakeholders and milestones to drive project completion.
  • Communicate Effectively: Develop and maintain crisp and clear communication with external partners/clients or internal stakeholders, adapting your style to persuade and influence positive outcomes.
  • Identify Business Opportunities: Identify business challenges and opportunities, leveraging MiQ Digital's solutions to drive growth and innovation.
  • Drive Innovation: Continuously seek new and better ways of working, applying or implementing solutions to unarticulated needs and market requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital, programmatic display, preferably in a sales or account management role.
  • Self-Motivation: High degree of self-motivation and drive, sufficient to act as an independent business owner.
  • Communication Skills: Professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and styles.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinking skills, looking beyond RFPs to propose plans that meet business needs and challenges.
  • Team Player: Eagerness to work in a startup team environment, with a willingness to collaborate and contribute to the team's success.
  • Agency Experience: Agency experience as a customer, partner, or employee, with client-facing management experience a plus.
  • Can-Do Attitude: A can-do attitude, with a passion for growth and a willingness to learn and adapt.
