Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Answer all incoming calls, address inquiries, and redirect calls as necessary.
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet all customers warmly, ensure they feel welcomed, and direct them to the appropriate salespeople or departments.
  • Scheduling and Data Entry: Keep track of appointment shows and ensure the timely update of schedules. Track customer interactions and updates in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the sales management team with various administrative tasks, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
  • Front Desk Activities: Coordinate front desk activities, including distributing correspondence, managing supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
  • Information Provision: Provide general information about the company, products, and services to clients and visitors.
  • Special Projects: Handle special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
