Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Pay-O-Matic. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues they may have
  • Process transactions and handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a banking or financial services environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a retail environment with frequent customer interactions
  • Stand for extended periods of time and move around the store as needed
  • Use a point-of-sale system to process transactions
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals
