Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Lowe's. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive and personalized customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs, including answering questions, locating products, and processing transactions
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and disposing of trash
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked store
  • Identify and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide customers with informed recommendations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of retail experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience working in a retail environment
  • Knowledge of Lowe's products and services
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
